A judge says an application to dismiss two charges facing Jeffrey Donaldson’s wife in the historical sex offences case involving them both should not delay their trial.
Former leader of the DUP, 62-year-old Jeffrey Donaldson, has pleaded NOT guilty to 18 offences.
