Irish people have the highest life satisfaction in the EU.
A new Eurobarometer survey shows 98% of people questioned here say they’re happy with life, compared to the EU average of 86%.
Ireland tops the list for happiness, followed by Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
Irish people’s life satisfaction score has also risen 2% since the previous survey last spring.
