Donegal County Council have urged the public to continue to exercise caution today as a status yellow wind warning remains in place for the county.
Further damage to already weakened structures and trees is possible together with dangerous travelling conditions.
People are being reminded of the danger of fallen trees as it may be the case that there could be electricity wires tangled up with the tree that will pose a risk to life.
