A new report is calling for the government to fully investigate unresolved deaths and incidents of torture during The Troubles.
Survivors of historic human rights violations will tell their stories during the launch of the report in Dublin later this morning.
It’s being published by the Irish Council for Civil Liberties and Northern Ireland’s Committee on the Administration of Justice.
