More than 1 in 4 children in the Derry City and Strabane District Council area are living in poverty.
A report by End Child Poverty showed that the Foyle area recorded a rate of 25.4%, while 24.9% of children in West Tyrone are living in poverty.
The organisation is calling on the government to meet its manifesto commitment to address the ongoing issue across the UK.
