Gardaí are appealing for information in relation to a burglary at the Water Treatment Plant at Meencrumlin, Ballybofey, over the weekend.
At around 1am on Saturday, two men wearing hoodies entered the grounds at McGrory’s Brae and proceeded to cut the locks off two shipping containers.
Gardai say nothing is believed to have been stolen during the incident.
They are, however, appealing to anyone who may have travelled along that route between Midnight and 2am on Saturday with dash-cam footage to make it available to them.
