Uisce Eireann has confirmed that water supply is returning to parts of Inishowen following an operational issue at Illies Water Treatment Plant yesterday.
The outage impacted water supply in Redcastle, Quigleys Point, Muff, Moville, and surrounding areas.
The utility says the treatment plant continues to recharge, and it’s expected that the majority of properties will have supply restored by 8pm this evening.
