A centre for adults with disabilities was found to be compliant in a HIQA report published today.
Fiona House had two residents present during the unannounced inspection in August.
Residents’ rights were found to be substantially complaint while the remainder were fully compliant.
The residence said they felt supported and that they could raise concerns they had freely.
