Police in Derry have expressed their concern for missing person James Bell.
The 29-year-old left Altnagelvin Hospital without receiving treatment on Saturday.
He is described as 5″8′, slim build, and was last seen wearing a cream knitted hat, grey and cream knitted zip up cardigan and jeans.
