Sligo Rovers manager John Russell has signed a new multi-year contract with the club.
The Galway native played for the Bit O’Red before taking the reins as manager in the middle of 2022.
Russell guided Rovers to safety last season, eventually finishing in seventh place in the Premier Division table.
He also wants to add to the 19 players signed as they start pre-season training next week.
Russell was among the nominees for the PFAI Manager of the Year award this year.
