Gardaí are investigating a criminal damage incident at Gortnamuck, Castlefin on Saturday December 27th.
Shortly before 6.40 that evening, three men wearing balaclavas set fire to an oil tank at a house in that area. They also smashed six windows of the house and the rear
windscreen of the car parked outside.,
The fire service attended the scene and extinguished the fire. Nobody was hurt.
Gardai are appealing to anyone who may have seen these men in the area, or witnessed the incident, to make contact with them in Ballyshannon on 071-9858530.
If anyone travelled in that general area with a dash-cam between 6pm and 7pm on that date, they’re asked to make the footage available.
