Concerns have been raised over the lack of clarity on construction work at Farhill Lodge in Dungloe.
Residents have voiced their dissatisfaction to Donegal County Council and local representatives because of unfinished work.
The development project was in receipt of over €1m in 2022 to create eight two bedroom apartments for people on the social housing waiting list.
