
A secondary school in Donegal has urged parents to be vigilant after a student became seriously ill in a vaping-related incident.
It is understood that the student is now doing well, and that steps are being taken to ensure such an incident does not happen again.
An email was issued to parents in relation to substances being placed in vapes and sold to young people, including spice, a synthetic cannabinoid.
Parents are being encouraged to have conversations with their children about vaping and to look out for changes in mood or behaviour.
