
A toddler from St Johnston may have to be transferred to a hospital in the UK in the coming days as he continues to fight for his life.
Daibhín Curran has been diagnosed with myocarditis and cardiomyopathy, along with rhinovirus and parvovirus infections. He is currently receiving the highest level of life support available in Ireland at Our Lady’s Hospital for Sick Children.
His aunt, Lisa Crawford, has set up a GoFundMe page to help ease the financial burden on the Curran family.
More than €45,000 has been raised to date.
