Two drivers have been arrested after they were caught racing each other at high speed in Letterkenny.
Gardaí from the Buncrana Roads Policing Unit were conducting patrols on Sunday, when the two cars were caught on the Four Lane Road.
The speed limit in the area is 60km/hr.
The two cars were stopped and the motorists were arrested, charged to appear in court.
