Donegal have been beaten 3-11 to 1-09 by Galway in the inaugural All-Ireland U20 Ladies Final in Tubbercurry this afternoon.
A dominant first-half saw the westerners hold a 3-04 to 0-04 lead at half-time.
Donegal never gave up and a Caitlin Fletcher goal gave the Ulster Champions hope in the second-half but Galway ran out comfortable winners in the end.
