Christopher McDonnell has been appointed as the new Tyrone Senior Hurling Manager.
It will be a three-year term, subject to ratification by the County Committee at its meeting on Tuesday evening.
In a statement on its twitter account, the Tyrone GAA congratulated him on his appointment and wished him every success as he begins this important role.
A native of Belfast, he had been part of the backroom team under Stephen McGarry, and previously managed Antrim club side Rossa.
