Arranmore RNLI is asking all boat users to ensure the lifeboat berth at the Ferry Pier is kept clear for emergencies.
The berth is regularly used for medical evacuations from Arranmore Island to Burtonport.
Motorists are also being asked not to park at the berth to allow the local ambulance crew to safely transfer patients to the lifeboat.
