Taoiseach Michael Martin has promised to look into what’s been claimed are delays in the proposed transfer of Ballyconnell Estate in Falcarragh from Udaras na Gaeltachta to Donegal County Council.
The issue was raised by Deputy Charles Ward, who says the community want to see this achieved by 2029, when a major sporting event come to the area.
Deputy Ward told the Taoiseach this would be a major boost for the local community in Falcarragh, and for the wider Gaeltacht in Donegal………
