The death has taken place June 5th 2015 at his home of Wilbert Forbes, 4 Sigersons Place, Strabane.
Funeral leaving his home on Monday at 9.20a.m.for Requiem Mass in St Mary`s Church, Melmount at 10a.m.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
