The death has taken place at Antrim Area Hospital of Jim Doherty, Castledawson, Co. Derry and formerly of Inch Island.
Removal from the Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Letterkenny today (Wednesday) at 3.30pm going to the residence of his Daughter Tracey Doherty, Ard Baithin, St Johnston.
Requiem Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes church, Inch Island on Friday at 11am.
Followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery
