The death has taken place at Altnagelvin Hospital of Grainne McGrath, 42B Koram Square, Strabane.
Reposing at her Brother Conor`s home, 13 Ballycolman Estate, Strabane this evening, Friday 3rd May from 6.30pm.
Funeral leaving her Brother`s home on Sunday morning, 5th May at 9.45am for Mass in St Mary`s Church, Melmount at 10.30am.
Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Family time please from 11pm unti 11am.
