The death has taken place at Altnagelvin Hospital of Monica Earnshaw, 7 Northland Way, Derry and formerly 7 Kells Walk and William Street Home.
Funeral leaving Annette’s home on Sunday 29th September at 9.20am going to St Columba’s Church, Longtower for Funeral Mass at 10am.
Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
