Community groups in Donegal are being urged to apply for grants to support adult learners in disadvantaged areas.
The ‘Mitigating Educational Disadvantage Fund’ is being administered by SOLAS and the local Education and Training Boards, with Donegal ETB taking the lead in this area.
The aim of the Fund is to support community education for adult learners who have the highest level of need, with a particular focus on building digital infrastructure and increasing the capacity to deliver online learning.
