The death has taken place in Áras Uí Dhomhnaill Nursing Home, Milford of Hugh Birney, Fawninoughan, Milford.
His remains will repose at his home.
House private to family only.
Requiem mass on Monday at 11am in St Peter’s Church, Milford with burial afterwards in Milford cemetery.
