A local councillor believes the Eurovision final could be hosted in the Derry city and Strabane Council District in 2023.
The 2022 competition was won by Ukraine, but due to the ongoing war, Ukraine cannot host the event.
The UK is set to hold the event with councils and cities invited to submit applications to host the competition.
Alderman Derek Hussey believes Derry city and Strabane district council could host the event.
