The peaceful death has taken place at Letterkenny University hospital of Robert McNair, Veagh, Manorcunningham.
Predeceased by his brother Tommy. He will be sadly missed by his brothers John and Harry, also by his sister Maureen, nieces, nephews and wider family circle.
His remains will repose at the home of his nephew Alastair McNair, Killyvery, Newtoncunningham from 3pm this afternoon, Tuesday December 13th.
Funeral service there on Wednesday afternoon, December 14th at 1pm followed by burial in the family plot in Ray Presbyterian grave yard.
Due to the weather conditions the house is private and on the morning of the funeral. Family and friends welcome.
