The Cathaoirleach of the Inishowen Municipal District has called for the opening hours of Grianan of Aileach to be extended.
Councillor Paul Canning says many people travelling from near and far are left disappointed upon arrival to the attraction when finding it closed.
He says with An Grainian of Aileach being one of the top tourist attractions in the country, it warrants longer opening hours:
