Retail Supervisor & Part Time Sales Assistant

A RETAIL SUPERVISOR – IMMEDIATE START

RESPONSIBILITIES:
▶ Ensure that the Retail Store / Forecourt unit runs efficiently and smoothly on your shift.
▶ Ensure store standards are consistently improved in terms of housekeeping, merchandising, presentation and service.
▶ Continually communicate with the Manager and Retail Sales Team regarding objectives and store performance.
▶ Ensure in-store promotions are managed appropriately.
▶ Ensure policies and procedures are implemented & managed within the store.
▶ Manage cash handling in line with company cash handling procedures and act on any discrepancies that arise.
▶ Accountable for ensuring consistently high levels of customer service.
▶ Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with in the appropriate manner.
▶ Ensure effective stock control systems are in place.

YOUR PROFILE:
▶ Minimum 1 year in a convenience retail role.
▶ Passion for retail.
▶ Always conduct yourself in a professional manner.
▶ Customer focused, innovative, motivating and energetic for this hands-on role.
▶ Great organisation and team leader skills and be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have positive attitude towards work.
▶ Flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings and weekends.
▶ Flexible to work various shifts including midweek and weekends.

PART-TIME SALES ASSISTANTS – IMMEDIATE START

RESPONSIBILITIES:
▶ Serving customers on our checkouts ensuring they receive a positive shopping experience.
▶ Delivering department routines.
▶ Replenishment, stock handling and merchandising.
▶ Following company policies and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
▶ Being knowledgeable about the products and promotions in store.

YOUR PROFILE:
▶ A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
▶ Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others.
▶ Flexible approach to hours as shifts will include rotational weekdays, evenings and weekends.
▶ Previous retail experience would be desirable but not essential.
