The death has taken place peacefully at at Altnagelvin Hospital on 9th January 2025 of Eugene Sheehan, late of Daisyfield Apartments and formerly of 16 Rathowen Park.
May he rest in peace.
Beloved son of the late Edward and Sarah Sheehan. Devoted brother of Marian, Eamon, James, Donal, Martin and the late Nuala and Sammy. Loving father of Sarah, Fiónan, Roisin and Cahir. A much loved grandfather to all of his grandchildren. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle and friends.
Eugene’s remains are reposing at his brother Eamon’s residence, 3 Shanreagh Park.
Funeral leaving from there tomorrow morning, Saturday 11th January at 10:20am for 11am Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan.
Burial will take place immediately afterwards in Cockhill Cemetery, Buncrana.
Wake house will be private from 10pm until 11am.
