The death has taken place of Dr. Michael O’Dowd, Tirhomin, Milford, Co. Donegal and South Africa – late of Bandon and College Road, Cork, on 23 January 2025, peacefully, in the care of The Marlay Nursing Home, Rathfarnham, Dublin.
Predeceased by his loving wife, Carmel. Deeply regretted by his daughter Niamh (London), son Desmond (Dublin); daughter-in-law Lisa, son-in-law Ryan; grandchildren Oscar, Tara, Ruby, Oran and Art; his sister Teresa (Donegal Town); brothers-in-law John and Gearóid, sisters-in-law Gay, Sheila, Deirdre and Gerry; nieces and nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum, Dublin on Monday evening from 6pm to 8pm.
Removal on Tuesday afternoon to Dardistown Crematorium, Dublin for a Service at 2.30pm.
