A 38 year old man who was arrested earlier today in connection with a parade that took place on Easter Monday in Derry has been released.
The man was arrested on suspicion of failing to comply with conditions imposed by the Parades Commission, and wearing a uniform in a public place that caused reasonable suspicion that he is a member or supporter of a proscribed organisation.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
