The peaceful death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of James Doherty, Bankhead, Tullyally, Redcastle, F93 P868.
Predeceased by his loving wife Annie and much-loved father of Noel (Martina) and Geraldine (Manus).
Devoted grandfather of Stephen, Rachel, Edel and Darragh and great grandfather of Lillie and Ayla.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his nieces and nephews, wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

James’ remains will leave Eamonn McLaughlin’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Carndonagh, F93 E4FN this afternoon, Thursday, May 22nd at 12.30pm going to his home.
Funeral from there on Saturday morning, May 24th at 10.30am for 11am funeral mass in St Columba’s Church, Drung followed by interment in the adjoining graveyard.
