Rally Final Day: Devine extends lead but Kevin Gallagher hits trouble in modified section

Callum Devine and Noel O’Sullivan have set the fastest time through the first stage on the final day of the Donegal International Rally in their Skoda Fabia RS Rally 2.

The reigning champions, who are well on their way to winning three-in-a-row, are now 30.1 seconds ahead of Meirion Evans and Ger Conway’s Toyota Yaris Rally 2 in second spot.

Donegal man David Kelly is in third alongside Arthur Kierans in their VW Polo.

The big news coming from the first stage is the modified leader Kevin Gallagher’s rally seems to be over.
