The death has occurred at his home of John Callaghan, Moness, Burt, and formerly Callaghan’s Shop.
Beloved husband of Teresa, much loved father of Annette, Paul, Mona, Shaun, Siobhan, Deirdre, Pearse and Orla, dear brother of Leena Sherry and Lavina Cullen.
Deeply regretted and will be forever missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, extended family, and friends.

John’s remains will be reposing at his home on Thursday morning, 10th July, from 11.00 am where you are all welcome to pay your respects.
Removal on Saturday morning, 12th July at 10.15 am to St. Aengus’ Church, Burt for Requiem Mass at 11.00 am followed by interment in Burt Cemetery.
