Kitchen Assistant for Cloghan Day Centre

Brief Description
To assist with the preparation and serving of meals.

• To assist in the preparation of meals for the clients, the setting and clearing of tables
• To assist in the preparation of beverages for the clients
• To wash, dry and clean crockery, utensils and pots
• To clean kitchen areas and dining areas
• To ensure high standard of health and safety and food hygiene and to ensure that safe working practices are followed
• Attend training courses as appropriate
• To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job
• Be in a position to work flexible hours, evening & weekends if required
