Working Foremen and Finishing Foremen

McCallion Group is currently seeking Working Foremen and Finishing Foremen.

These are hands-on site-based roles involving supervision of works, coordination of trades and subcontractors, maintaining high-quality finishes, snagging, and supporting the successful delivery of projects.

The roles are primarily on local residential and small works projects, based from our Buncrana Head Office.

Key expectations include strong attention to detail, the ability to manage day-to-day site activities independently, effective communication with site teams, and a commitment to delivering work to a consistently high standard.
