Site Foreman

We are an established Donegal based development company who specialise in the construction of Quality Housing Developments. Due to new upcoming projects, we currently have a vacancy for a Site Foreman within our team. This hands-on role will be based in Inishowen, so whether you are an experienced Site Foreman, a Site Engineer or Skilled Tradesperson looking to go to the next level we would like to hear from you.

Key qualities required:

• Be a strong and proactive communicator with good people skills, have the ability to problem solve, and work as part of a team.
• The successful candidate should have good practical experience in Residential Construction with the ability to oversee and ensure the completion of Residential Housing Projects to a high standard, safely and on programme.
• Have the ability to review drawings ensuring works comply with the design and quality requirements and raise queries as necessary. Knowledge of current building regulations is beneficial but not essential as technical assistance with be provided
• Have the ability to inspect, co-ordinate and supervise the works of subcontractors, maintain good site records, and report progress to the site management team
• Knowledge of both Traditional & Timber frame Construction is beneficial but not essential.
• Ideal candidate should have a full clean driving licence

This is a Full-time role and transport will be supplied. Terms & Conditions negotiable depending on experience.
