The peaceful death has taken place at his home of Paddy Sweeney, Magheragallon, Gweedore, originally of Thorr, Gweedore.
Predeceased by his wife Nora, daughter Blathnaid, brothers Jimmy, Teague & Antoin and sister Maire.
Sadly missed by his daughters, Deirdre, Clíona (John), Noreen (Ian), Róisín (Colm), Eileen (Michael) & Máire, son Pádraig (Fionnuala), in-laws; Eamon Sweeney (Marian), Susie Sweeney & Nellie Campbell (Paddy), grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family & friends.

His remains will repose at his home in Magheragallon (F92 R8P3) today (Tuesday) from 2pm – 8pm and tomorrow from 12pm – 8pm.
Rosary nightly at 8pm.
House private after the Rosary and on the morning of the Funeral.
Funeral Service will take place on Thursday (2nd) at 11am in St. Patrick’s Church, Meenaweal, burial afterwards in Magheragallon cemetery.
