New group supports neurodivergent children in Twin Towns

A group for young people with additional needs and their families has been set up in the Twin Towns.

Seo Mise/This is Me is a volunteer-led group to support neurodivergent people and their families, with BASICC helping establish the initiative.

They are aiming to create a safe and inclusive space, offering sensory rooms, neurodivergent-friendly classes, social groups, and support for families.

A Facebook community page has gone live with details of Easter programmes and activities, and the group plans a steering committee to guide its work.
