Concerns over avian flu have been raised after 17 dead birds were discovered on Murvagh Beach in the South of the county this week.
The causes of death have not been confirmed.
Community group Friends of Murvagh Beach on Facebook have warned walkers to keep their dogs away from the carcasses.
The incident has been reported to the Department of Agriculture.
