Bar Supervisor

A successful candidate will ensure our customers are welcomed and served in an efficient and friendly manner.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Supervise bar staff with the ability to motivate.
• Ensuring standard operating procedures are met.
• Create a positive and efficient environment.
• Maintain and efficient bar and storeroom
• Welcome customers and enquire of their needs
• Place stock orders
• Have a good knowledge of beverages available
• Ability to adapt to changing environments
• Support Management in the day to day running.

The ideal candidate:

• Process good Customer Service skills
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• Good understanding of cash handling and till operation
• Self Motivated and Motivator
• Your shifts/hours will vary according to the business needs, which will include daytime, night-time, and weekends

Salary negotiable on experience.

Pay: €14.50 – €18.50 per hour
