Derry City’s participation in the Europa League came to an end at the first qualifying round stage as CSKA Sofia won the second leg 2-1 on the night at The Brandywell and 5-3 on aggregate.
Crowd trouble also held up the game in the second half as the referee took the players off the pitch.
Derry will now face Rijeka of Croatia in the UEFA Conference League Second Qualifying Round.
