The death has taken place of Elizabeth (Molly) Laird, Braehead, Raphoe on Monday 26th October 2026.
Molly passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, and in the excellent care of the staff of Brindley Manor Nursing Home, Convoy.
Predeceased by her late husband Bertie and her son-in-law Trevor.
Molly will be forever loved and cherished by her son Victor and daughter-in-law Ruby, her daughter Vera, her grandchildren, Brian, Victoria, Alan, Ian, Emma-Jayne, Leanne and her great-grandchildren.
Her remains will repose at her son Victor and daughter-in-law Ruby’s home at Windmill Farm, Lifford, F93YF25, today Tuesday 27th October from 1pm – 9pm, and tomorrow Wednesday 28th from 1pm – 9pm. House private to family and close friends only please. Funeral leaving from there on Thursday 29th at 1.30pm going to Raphoe Presbyterian Church for 2pm Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving for her long life, followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard. Family time please on the morning of the funeral. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Molly to Brindley Manor Nursing Home patients comfort fund, care of any family member or Terence McClintock Funeral Director.
