Temperatures plummet country-wide

Temperatures are set to plummet tonight in many parts of the country, including in Donegal. Met Eireann have issued a status orange low temperature warning from 9pm tonight until 10am tomorrow morning. It follows last night, where temperatures plunged to -5 degrees in places. Meanwhile, forecasts  suggest that tonight could see lows of -6.
