The death has taken place of Charles McGee, 38 Woodlawn, Stranorlar, peacefully after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family, in the compassionate care of the staff in Donegal Hospice.
Retired member of An Garda Siochána. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Conneely), much loved father to sons John, (Julie), Cathal (Clodagh), Joseph (Maria), daughters Pamela (Mark), Moira (Derek), cherished brother of James, Micheal, Hudie, dearly loved grandfather to Hannah, Órlaith, Sophie, Ruby, Noah, Poppy, Aaron, Louis, Luke, Adam, Ollie and Conor.
Predeceased by his parents John, and Theresa, sister Bella and grandson Niall.
Deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by his, wife, sons, daughters, brothers, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family and many friends.

Remains reposing at Mc Cool’s Funeral Home Ballybofey today, Wednesday July 23rd from 4pm to 9pm and at his late residence, 38 Woodlawn, Stranorlar tomorrow, Thursday July 24th from 2pm until rosary at 9pm for family and friends.
Funeral leaving from his late residence on Friday July 25th at 10.30am, for Requiem Mass in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar at 11am.
Interment in Drumboe cemetery.
