The death has taken place November 7th 2015 at his home of Charlie O`Kane – 63 Ballycolman Estate, Strabane.
Reposing at his home on Saturday (November 7th) from 5p.m.
Funeral leaving his home on Monday (November 9th) at 9.10a.m for Requiem Mass in St Mary`s Church, Melmount at 10a.m.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
