The death has occurred of Colum McMonagle, 6 Millbrae Park, Quigley’s Point, suddenly at his home on 17th January 2026.
Predeceased by his wife Kathleen and his son Marc.
Beloved father of Sharon and father-in-law of Brendan.
Devoted grandad of Nathan, Andrew, Jordan, Caitlín and Emilia.
Predeceased by his sisters and brothers and survived by his sister and brothers in Moville, Buncrana, Newfoundland and England.
Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews, wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Colum’s remains will leave Eamonn McLaughlin’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Carndonagh F93 E4FN, today (Sunday January 18th) at 4.30pm, going to his home.
Funeral from there on Tuesday (January 20th) at 10.30am for 11am Requiem Mass in St. Columba’s Church Drung, followed by private cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.

The wake is private to family and close friends only at the request of the deceased.
