The death has occurred of Della McCartney (née Fallon), 34 St. Edwards Terrace, Sligo F91X4XH, October 11th 2026, peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the care of the staff at North West Hospice, Sligo.
Predeceased by her parents Joe and Christina, sister Ann McHugh and brother John.
Dearly loved wife of Patrick and mother of Gary and Jason.
Sadly missed by her loving husband and family, brothers Stephen, Michael and Frank, sisters Teresa and Margaret, daughters-in-law Lesley and Louise, grandchildren, in-laws, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing at the family home at 34 St. Edward’s Terrace from 4.00pm to 7.00pm on Tuesday October 13th.
Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11.00am on Wednesday October 14th in Saint Joseph’s Church, Ballytivnan, Sligo.
Funeral Mass will be livestreamed at https://www.churchtv.ie/stjosephschurch/.
Committal will follow at 3.00pm on Wednesday in Lily Hill Crematorium, Letterkenny F92PX3R.
