The death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice of Eamonn McLaughlin, 2 Foster Terrace, Moville.
His remains are reposing at his home.
Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday morning, March 15th at 11am in St Pius X Church, Moville followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 5.15pm.
